How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer professional discounts for licensed nail technicians?

Yes, we offer exclusive pricing for beauty professionals. Please create an account and upload a copy of your professional license to be approved for our Pro-Member pricing.

What is your return policy for open liquids or gels?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used liquids, gels, or acrylic powders. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Are your UV/LED lamps compatible with all gel polish brands?

Our professional-grade lamps are designed to cure most major brands of soak-off gel polish and hard gels. We recommend checking the required nanometer range of your specific polish to ensure a perfect cure.

Do you ship international orders?

Currently, QQ Nail Supply ships to the United States and Canada. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any items are damaged or leaking, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a replacement or refund.
